This year’s T-Mobile INmusic Festival will take place on the 22nd and the 23rd of June at Zagreb’s Jarun Lake and, apart from the already announced stars such as Massive Attack, Broken Social Scene, Flogging Molly, Chk Chk Chk, and Rise Against, the festival’s official webpage recently published the news that another music icon, Billy Idol, will also be performing! This is certainly an additional reason to attend this great music event, which is sure to attract increasing numbers of visitors from all over the world to the Croatian capital.

Each year the festival gets bigger and better so tickets for the upcoming edition are already in high demand, which is not surprising as the announced concerts and concurrent entertainment programs are a guarantee for a great time. During the festival, Jarun Lake, known as “Zagreb’s Sea”, becomes the most desirable and most visited destination within the city.

Current and future fans of the festival will surely be thrilled to learn of Billy Idol’s arrival and upcoming performance. As one of the most important representatives of rock and punk music during the 1980’s, his hits are still regularly played on numerous radio stations worldwide. Though nowadays not as active as he used to be, one must not miss out on this opportunity to witness and enjoy live performances of his timeless hits such as “Hot In The City”, “Rebel Yell”, “Eyes Without a Face”, “Flesh For Fantasy”, “Catch My Fall”, “Sweet Sixteen” and “White Wedding” – a hit that nowadays has cult status and which propelled Billy Idol to star status. Apart from his old hits, the audience will also have an opportunity to enjoy songs from his latest albums recorded in 2005 and 2006, after a 12 year creative hiatus.
