Eating at Discount Prices

Between October 4th and 13th Zagreb's restaurants will once again offer three course menus for 100 kuna during yet another edition of Restaurant Week.

Many of Zagreb's restaurants will partake in this year's second edition of Restaurant Week, which will take place between October 4th and 13th. It is a promo gastronomic event during which the participating restaurants design three course meals comprising a starter, main course and dessert, and offer it at a fixed price of only 100 kuna.

Ever since it was first inaugurated in Zagreb in 2010, Restaurant Week has attracted a lot of interest. Over the last two years, the event has been joined by some of Zagreb’s high-end hotels, where cocktails are offered at promotional prices ranging from 20-25 kuna. For those unable to make it to one of the restaurants for a meal, a soup truck will be parked at Zagreb's main square every day, and it will sell soups prepared by the participating restaurants at only 15 kuna a cup.
