Fixed price menus in 53 restaurants

OBetween March 7th and 16th, 53 restaurants in the city and surrounding suburbs will participate in the 8th Restaurant Week Zagreb. Since day one, the event has proven popular among local foodies and visitors, while the participating restaurants must meet the organizers’ strict criteria in terms of menus and prices. A three course meal – an appetizer, main course, and dessert, has to be offered at a fixed price of 100 kuna. At most restaurants this price includes an aperitif as well as a glass of wine.
This action gives guests the opportunity to try something new and enjoy exquisite delicacies at fixed prices with friends or family. Some years ago, several hotel bars joined the action, under the slogan “Cocktail in a Hotel”. Every day, between 6 p.m. and 7.40 p.m., they serve cocktails at promotional prices, ranging between 20 and 25 kuna, This year, the barmen of the best hotels in Zagreb, including the Lounge & Cocktail Bar of the Esplanade Hotel, the Café Imperial and the Piano Bar of the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel, the Diana Bar of the Westin Hotel, and the Vertigo Bar of the Antunović Hotel Zagreb will serve cocktails based on the famous Croatian spirit – plum brandy.
