Hugh Laurie at Šalata

On July 15th, the globally popular British actor and musician, Hugh Laurie, will perform with the Copper Bottom Band at Zagreb’s Šalata as part of the tour promoting their latest album, “Didn’t It Rain”.

On July 15th, Zagreb’s Šalata will be the venue for a concert by the British musician and actor of Dr. House fame, Hugh Laurie. The talented and versatile artist is visiting Zagreb with the Copper Bottom Band as part of their European tour promoting their latest studio album, “Didn’t It Rain”.

Apart from having a successful acting career, which gained him global fame, Hugh Laurie is also an accomplished, self-taught musician who has been playing the piano since childhood. His first album, “Let Them Talk”, released in 2011, quickly shot to the top of global blues charts.

In addition to the Copper Bottom Band, his second album, which he will be promoting during this tour, also features Guatemalan singer-songwriter, Gaby Moreno, soul singer Jean McClain, and a special guest performer - blues musician Taj Mahal.
