Opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton
Since mid-November, Zagreb features yet another high category hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton, located within the Green Gold modern business centre. Apart from top class accommodation, it provides guests with an excellent gastronomic offer and business facilities.
Since mid-November, Zagreb features another high category hotel aimed at holidaymakers and business guests. The hotel is located within the modern Green Gold business and shopping centre, approximately two kilometres from the city centre. Therefore, guests have numerous facilities at their disposal, within the hotel itself, as well as in its vicinity.
As the name suggests, the hotel operates according to the business criteria of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel chain, but it boasts numerous local features, most notably the gastronomic offer. Within the hotel is the modern OXBO Urban Bar & Grill, headed by renowned chef Tomislav Nikšić, which offers a contemporary menu with a strong accent on indigenous flavours – lamb, beef, strudels, different kinds of fish, fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs. The only exception is real American beef, Black Angus, imported directly from Creekstone Farms, renowned producers of exquisite beef. The bar offers various cocktails, international beers, exquisite wines and many other drinks and beverages which will help you unwind.
The DoubleTree by Hilton is intended for holidaymakers and business guests alike, and all of them will receive a warm welcome upon arrival, including tasty American chocolate chip cookies, which can also be purchased separately as a tasty souvenir from the hotel.
The hotel’s 152 rooms and suites with floor to ceiling windows offer an array of services, including free high speed internet, an ironing board, bathing products by Crabtree & Evelyn Citron, as well as tea and coffee making equipment inside the rooms. As the hotel is located within a large business centre, business guests can also use the many business facilities and relaxation opportunities of the Green Gold Centre itself.
