Performance by the famous DJ David Guetta

On May 22nd the Arena will be the epicenter of Zagreb’s club scene, as it will feature the performance by renowned French DJ, David Guetta, who, as in previous gigs, will provide audiences with a real spectacle.

Aficionados of electronic music and the clubbing scene must not miss the large party at the Arena that will take place on May 22nd, which will feature the multiply-awarded French house music DJ and producer, David Guetta. 
As a representative of the contemporary techno scene, he started his career as a club DJ in the 1980s and 1990s. As his DJing career was flourishing, he established the label Gum Productions, which produced his debut album, “Just a Little More Love”, in 2001.

In the following years he released the albums “Guetta Blaster” (2004), “Pop Life” (2007) and his 2009 album, “One Love”, which propelled him to the top of the global techno scene. He mostly owes his fame to his famous single “Sexy Bitch”, featuring Akon, which can be found on his latest album; it became an instant hit and placed in the Top 10 Music Chart for the United States. However, Guetta had previously received great recognition for his earlier work. In 2006, for example, the DJ Awards proclaimed him the best international DJ and the best entertainer at the Best Ibiza Night. A year later, the World Music Awards pronounced him to be the best selling DJ in the world and, in 2008, he was once again voted best DJ in the world by the DJ Awards. At the beginning of this year, he was nominated for five Grammy’s and received one for best song remix: “When Love Takes Over”.

He has proved his undisputed success in the world of music by cooperating with numerous eminent performers such as Britney Spears, Chris Willis, Kelly Rowland, Will.i.am., and the Black Eyed Peas.
