Some of Zagreb’s famous restaurants will be organizing chocolate-themed evenings, while visitors will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about chocolate during the numerous cooking demonstrations given by top chefs and confectioners.
There will be opportunities galore to sample delicacies by Croatian producers as well as producers from neighbouring countries in the region, to participate in various workshops and humanitarian actions, while even the most discerning patrons will be amazed by the incredible chocolate sculptures created by students of Zagreb’s Academy of Fine Arts.
