The Eno Expert Academy - Wine workshops for tourists

At the “Wines of Croatia” wine workshops, organised by the Eno Expert Academy, you will learn everything you have ever wanted to know about the history of wine making and wines produced in Croatia, as well as the ABC’s of wine tasting.

Tourists who want to learn a thing or two about the history of wine making in Croatia, or get to know the wine regions and the types of wine typical of each one of them, can now do so at the “Wines of Croatia” wine workshops devised by the Eno Expert Academy and headed by the best and most experienced oenologists. Tourist agencies can organise them in hotels, restaurants, wineries or wine roads with wine cellars, where tourists will have the opportunity to taste the wines as well as get a lesson on the basics of wine tasting. During the workshops they will learn how to properly hold a wine glass, which glass to use for a particular wine, as well as which organs and senses to use when tasting wine.

Apart from wine courses, the Eno Expert Academy also offers specialized programmes for restaurateurs and winemakers who want to improve their services, as well as women only workshops.
