Four years after their last concert in the Croatian capital, the Finnish metal band Apocalyptica are returning to Zagreb, where they will perform on October 15th at the Culture Factory. During their performance, the metal Fins will present songs from their latest album – “Shadowmaker”, which they are currently promoting as part of their American tour.

The band was formed in 1993 as a violoncello quartet from the Sibelius Academy of Helsinki. They drew attention with excellent covers of Metallica’s greatest hits on their debut album – “Plays Metallica by Four Cellos”. Although their second album, “Inquisition Symphony”, also contained mostly covers, all of their following albums consisted of original work. The latest album, “Shadowmaker”, which contains ten songs, also features vocals performed by Franky Perez, who also performs live on stage with the band.

Until July 12th, tickets for the Apocalyptica concert can be purchased at a price of 120 kuna at the Dirty Old Shop, the Rockmark Bookstore, the Aquarius CD Shop, as well as via Eventim and Entrio. After that, the ticket price will be raised to 140 kuna, while on the day of the concert the ticket price will be 160 kuna.
