Yo La Tengo at Tvornica Kulture

Performing in Zagreb for the first time as part of their European tour with which they are promoting their latest studio album “Fade”, one of the most renowned American indie rock bands, Yo La Tengo, will hold a concert on November 8th at Tvornica Kulture (The Culture Factory).

On November 8th, Tvornica Kulture will be the venue for a concert by Yo La Tengo, one of the most renowned American indie rock bands. They are visiting Zagreb for the first time as part of their European tour with which they are promoting their latest studio album “Fade”. The tour will cover a total of 14 cities, and Zagreb is the only city in the region included on the list.

The band was founded in 1984 by Ira Kaplan, Georgia Hubley and James McNew, so numerous generations around the world have been enjoying their music for almost thirty years now. Thus far, they have released 13 studio albums and performed at the best known venues in the world, but they have also worked on minor music projects as well as film scores. One of their newer tracks is featured on the popular TV show “The Simpsons”.

Tickets for the Yo La Tengo concert can already be purchased via Eventim, at a price of 200 kuna, while the first one hundred fans can purchase them for 180 kuna.
