During the annual conference in Norway, they voted for the blueberry and white chocolate cake on a stick as the best ice cream in the world. Its manufacturer, the Croatian Ledo Company, which manufactured its first ice cream 55 years ago, is based in Zagreb. Apart from winning the world gold for its unique ice cream cake on a stick, Ledo also won the award for the best marketing campaign – Leonardo, involving customers, ice cream fans, creating a sweet treat, which also impressed the board. Ledo also won two second place awards for the best technical solution and most innovative filling product with its Hospitality ice cream.

The IICC has been active for 24 years, and its members are ice cream manufacturers from all over the world. Ledo has been winning IICC awards for four years now, which is truly a major recognition for the Croatian company, and the best invitation to taste the ice cream which is a unique, high quality blend of flavours, crowned with the world gold.
