To commemorate the 800th anniversary of the arrival of the Franciscans on the Croatian coast, the Klovićevi Dvori Gallery will feature a representative exhibition of the artistic heritage of the Franciscan province of St. Jerome. The exhibition, entitled “The Grace of Encounter” will remain open to the public until February 20th.
A cooperation contract has been recently signed between the Croatia Express travel agency and German Rail to offer Croatian passengers cheaper travel packages. Moreover, apart from connections between Germany and Zagreb, trips to and from other European countries can also be arranged.

Šime Strikoman is the photographer who captured the Millennium Photograph of “The Liveliest Christmas Tree in the World” in front of the Zagreb cathedral. Several hundred people took part in creating this photo by forming their bodies into the shape of a Christmas tree with letters spelling out “Zagreb”.
After the opening of an ice-skating rink at the Square of ban Josip Jelačić, fans of ice-skating will now also have an additional opportunity to ice-skate at the temporary open-air ice-skating rink at Tuškanac.
