14th INmusic Festival: an Impressive Number of World-Renowned Performers to Hit the Stage

In addition to performers who have already attended the festival, this year the festival organisers bring a lot of world-renowned performers who will hit the stage of the largest open-air festival in Croatia for the first time.

The 14^th INmusic, the biggest open-air festival in Croatia, will take place from 24 to 26 June in the already familiar setting of three islands linked with a pontoon bridge in Lake Jarun, which is also the location of the camp.

The first big headliner is The Cure; a band which will attract many fans to Zagreb. The Cure has been a part of the music scene for forty years and will have their first live performance in Croatia at INmusic festival.

Foals, one of the best British live bands, will also perform at the main stage. They are coming to Zagreb as a part of the promo tour for their new album which is to be released next year. Thievery Corporation, an American electronic music collective famous for combining many genres, has also confirmed their attendance. They have been a part of the world music scene for over two decades, and have released ten studio albums the most recent of which, Treasures from the Temple, will be promoted at the INmusic festival.

The Hives, an excellent Swedish band whose live performances are considered one of the best in the world, will appear for the first time at the festival. The band Suede, one of the so-called Britpop “big four” is another new important name in the line-up. Also for the first time at INmusic festival is the band Zeal & Ardor, bringing an innovative blend of black metal, blues and African-American southern sound within the framework of the project Europavox. The American rock band Garbage will also have their premiere in Croatia, led by the legendary Butch Vig and one and only Shirley Manson. A famous American singer-songwriter Laura Pergolizzi, better known as LP, also confirmed her attendance. Johnny Marr, the former guitarist of The Smiths and one of the most prominent British musicians, is also expected to hit the INmusic stage.
