A tradition Six Decades Long

HUP Zagreb, which nowadays has under its wing many of Zagreb’s hotels, such as the Sheraton, Westin, Four Points Panorama, International and Jadran, will celebrate its 60th anniversary this April. It was exclusively a catering firm when it started in 1948. It entered the hotel business 26 years later and with time has become the leading hotel company.

Two of Zagreb’s five-star hotels, the Westin and the Sheraton, which are located right in the heart of the city center and are part of the Starwood international hotel chain, are also part of this celebratory company. Due to the hotels’ proximity to the city center, most tourist attractions and city institutions can be reached on foot. The Four Points Panorama Hotel, which is also a Starwood member, and the International Hotel, are four-star hotels from which the city center is also easily accessible on foot or by means of public transport. Along with top-class accommodation, all the hotels have congress halls, as well as rich catering and wellness offers.

In order to expand their business to the coast, HUP has also bought tourist facilities in Mlini and Srebreno in the Dubrovnik area. Along with the reconstruction of the hotel facilities in Mlini and after the finalization of the urban plan, the intention is to build a five-star hotel with as many as 300 rooms in Srebreno.
