Animal loving Zagreb

In order to make travel easier for tourists who have their pets with them, but also to help the citizens of Zagreb locate all of the pet friendly spots in the city, the ljubimci.24sata.hr web-portal and the Zagreb Tourist Board started the “Zagreb – Animal Friend” project. A part of the project includes a pet-friendly map which has been uploaded to the site and is accessible via the Zagreb Tourist Board webpage. It features information about all the facilities and outdoor areas that 0welcome pets. Apart from information about accommodation, the website also features a list of dog-friendly parks, the locations of pet-stores, animal shelters and veterinary clinics. The map also marks all of the restaurants and bars in which you can have a meal or coffee with your pets, as well as relax with family members and friends.
