April is reserved for “The Mrs. Carter Show”

One of the greatest contemporary pop divas, Beyonce, will once again be visiting Zagreb on her world tour, “The Mrs. Carter Show”, where she will be performing a concert on 17 April, only two days after the launch of the tour.

Only two days after the beginning of her world tour, the pop diva Beyonce will be in Zagreb, where she will hold a concert on 17 April as part of “The Mrs. Carter Show”. The concert will take place at Arena Zagreb, where Beyonce already performed during her world tour four years ago. She delighted her fans back then, and she is planning a surprise for them this year. Beyonce has prepared a unique show for this tour. She already demonstrated some of the choreography at the recent Pepsi Super Bowl in New Orleans. If you would like to be part of this show, make sure not to miss the concert in Zagreb because, apart from Belgrade, it is the only city in this part of Europe which this music diva will visit.

After Europe, where she will visit 19 cities, Beyonce will continue on around the world, and the tour will last about a year.

The choice of Zagreb as one of the first cities on the tour schedule, and one of the few in this part of Europe, is not surprising because Beyonce and Croatia have “a history” together. Beyonce fell in love with Croatia during her 2009 “I am... World tour”, so much so that she returned with her husband Jay-Z in 2011, just days after they had announced her pregnancy to the world. The Blue Ivy on the island of Hvar, where they spent some time, inspired them in naming their daughter. Such ties with Croatia leave no doubt that Beyonce is planning a real spectacle for her Zagreb concert.

There is not much that can be said about this pop diva that the world doesn’t know already. In her prolific career thus far she has recorded four very successful solo studio albums and sold over 75 million copies of them worldwide. Not only is she a multiply awarded musician but she has also had success outside the music business. She is also an excellent entertainer, actress, artist and business woman, so it is not surprising that she strives to show all of her creative talent to the world. That is precisely what she wants to achieve with this tour, which numerous critics are already labelling as one of the most spectacular and elaborate tours ever undertaken by a performer.

This is not surprising in view of the fact that Beyonce is hoping that the current tour will overshadow her last “I Am…World Tour” which covered more than 100 concerts in 32 cities on six continents. They were attended by a total of 1.1 million spectators, which put Beyonce in first place on Billboard’s Hot Tour Chart. Considering how long she has been preparing and practicing the choreographies in order to surpass her previous tour, the Zagreb concert must not be missed!

Ticket sales began in mid February with prices ranging between 220 and 800 kuna, and they can be purchased at www.eventim.hr.
