Dear citizens of Zagreb, dear guests!

In August, in our beautiful city of Zagreb, we have prepared for you a large number of events, which are the right refreshment in these summer days. Although it is the time of annual holidays, we have tried to prepare the richer variety of events for our tourists visiting Zagreb, those who decided to stay in the city instead of going to the sea or those who have just returned from vacation.

For our filmmaking, we bring Pop Up Summer Garden, which brings a period of numerous summer movie festivals that take place in the evening, enjoy numerous performances of domestic and foreign DJs and bands with numerous delicacies and refreshing drinks. The City of Zagreb has one charming terrace on the Upper Town, which every summer becomes the 'place' where hot summer nights end. Already the eighth season of the Zagreb Summer Theater, Gradec is entertaining and admiring the projections at the open. Lovers of the theater can visit the 33rd Zagreb Summer Festival every day, except Sundays and Mondays, which takes place on the summer stage of Opatovina. Take advantage of the opportunity and visit the 9th Night of the Theater EXIT Night at the Museum of Arts and Crafts, which will take place only four more days in early August.

Our beautiful Upper Town is the highlight of events. Once a week Vranicani's field turns into a pleasant oasis for the summer refreshment of Zagreb and tourists with exciting gastro-content. Already after its first release, the Little Picnic was placed on the list of the best gastro-events in Zagreb, primarily thanks to the concept that connects a small mobile market of local organic foods with a relaxed, self-service picnic. The Gastro offer is equally interesting; consists exclusively of selected delicacies of domestic OPGs, focusing on indigenous and naturally grown Croatian products.

After visiting the Little Picnic on Vranicani's pole, head to Strossmayer's promenade, surely one of the most romantic walks in our town that brings you to the spirit of the quay or visit the Art Park festival held in one of the most beautiful parks in Zagreb, hidden from the view between Tomićeva street, Ilica and Strossmayer promenade. The park again becomes a place of relaxed and creative gatherings. The transformation owes to numerous artistic interventions, film evenings, workshops, exhibitions, concerts and sports evenings that will not be missed even this summer.

From sporting events, we are announcing the GRAWE Night Marathon which will take place at Bundek for the fourth consecutive year and the 11th International Bicycle Race Croatia - Slovenia. We wish you the best moments in our sumptuous city of Zagreb!
