The Technical Museum - The Solar System 4.0
Until October 25th, the Technical Museum will feature an enlightening and instructive exhibition – “Solar System 4.0”, which has been adapted for visitors of various ages and interests.
If you want to learn a thing or two about the planets in our solar system, or find out more about all things celestial, make sure to visit the Technical Museum where an interesting, educational and informative exhibition – “Solar System 4.0”, will take place until October 25th. Educational in its approach, the exhibition has been adapted for visitors of various ages and interests, for individuals, as well as preschool and school groups, astronomic societies, etc.
With the help of models and images, the exhibition offers visitors the opportunity to learn what the planets look like, how they relate in size and how distant from each other they are. It is a visual experience that enables faster learning and better retention of knowledge. Expert guides will be on hand to assist anyone who wants to find out more and about the planets and all things celestial. The exhibition also features lectures in popular science covering astronomy topics, as well as interesting and educational one-hour workshops where participants draw or build models of celestial bodies which they can then take home or to school.
Group visits and group participation in the workshops, which can accommodate up to 30 participants, must be announced in advance. The cost of participating in a workshop is 10 kuna per person, which is also the price of admission to the exhibition itself.
