Top-Class Convention Center

Hotel Antunović Zagreb was opened slightly over two years ago. As of recently, it has considerably boosted its convention capacities with a congress center featuring some twenty superbly equipped meeting halls.

The Hotel Antunović Zagreb, officially a four-star establishment with five-star service quality, includes a newly opened congress center with as many as 20 superbly equipped halls which extend over 2,500 square meters. The biggest hall, Tomislav, on the first floor, can seat 1,000 people. There are also some 20 newly opened smaller rooms suitable for conferences, workshops and similar gatherings. All the halls bear the names of composers. The biggest one is Beethoven hall with 500 seats, and next to it are Mozart, Strauss, Vivaldi, Chopin and Tchaikovsky halls. The musical theme continues as the respective composer’s music welcomes the audiences in each of the meeting rooms, but the host or the speaker can easily change it on the iPod if it does not suit the spirit of the meeting. The so-called A-salon is the most exclusive part of the congress center in terms of its design and equipment. It consists of two parts – a minimalist, almost austerely designed  working area with extremely ergonomic desks and chairs similar to those you can see in the newest James Bond movie, whereas the salon's lounge may be used during breaks to enjoy a cup of coffee, a game of chess or Playstation3, and to indulge in similar pastimes. 

The design of the entire congress center has made use of the highest quality materials such as rosewood, bamboo, leather and glass. The meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight and have views of parks and greenery, but also allow for the possibility of achieving complete blackout, if necessary.
The functionality, comfort and design of the meeting areas would not be complete without the state-of-the art, yet extremely user-friendly, technology. All the conference rooms are connected to the central AMX control system; they are equipped with plasma screens; all the tables and desks have integrated connections and switches as well as wireless palm control systems, blue-ray DVDs, a Smartboard, a Document camera, and DLP projectors. There is also a possibility to hire a video-conferencing system as well as the highest quality interpretation services. 
Presentations in bigger halls may be transmitted to any of the smaller ones. They can be recorded and copied for the meeting organizer and participants' benefit.
