ESA, tour guiding agency, was founded on May 1, 2006 by Hrvoje “Harry” Kucek who’s been working in various fields of tourism since 1995. About a year later first employee was hired, a local guide from Zagreb, and ever since then, the team has been growing. Today, ESA counts a dozen employees, and so far they have guided more than 50 000+ travelers in Zagreb and beyond.
Their team is made of professional licensed tour guides that work in various foreign languages such as English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian... Most of their guides have 5+ years of experience in the industry and they guarantee a professional approach with a top notch service. The team is made of young enthusiastic professionals that have experience working with various nations, are very aware of the differences in cultures, and approach each client accordingly. Except for providing guides, tour escorts/leaders and representatives, they are also known for providing tailor made walking tours in Zagreb, Croatia and beyond. Their experience drew them to expand their business, and they’re looking to cover other fields of tourism in near future.
Their mission is to promote their hometown Zagreb and its surroundings, as well as the whole Republic of Croatia. Let them be at your service and help you discover Croatia’s true hidden treasures.

Sono sempre felice di viaggiare a Zagabria dove mi sento benissimo ed mi pare che sia passato troppo tempo dalla mia ultima visita, anche se si tratta di un po' di più di un'anno.

Grazie per una delle migliori esperienze dell'ospitalità alberghiera. Le camere erano bellissime, il personale stupendo, ogni momento era perfetto. E Zagabria... Magica! Perfetta!

Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la sala da concerto "Lisinski". È stato stupendo esibirsi a "Lisinski" perché la gente ascoltava con attenzione e sentiva la musica. Si tratta di una sala veramente bella e sono stato onorato di poter esibirmi lì. Mi è rimasto un bellissimo ricordo del mio primo concerto a "Lisinski".

Mi dispiace per non poter rimanere di più ma sono rimasta veramente stupita da Jarun, sia il lago sia tutti i club. C'è tutto il necessario per divertirsi.
