“Stari fijaker 900”, a Zagreb restaurant owned and run by the Juras family, is the first Croatian restaurant that bears the Croatian Autochthonous Food Certificate. Among the numerous world music stars who will be visiting Zagreb this autumn, we would like to present yet another treat: British synthpop duo, Hurts, will be performing in Zagreb on October 23rd. This will be the first time that this band, which various global media refer to as the “band for girls”, is performing in Croatia’s capital. (more)
The citizens and guests of Zagreb will soon be able to enjoy yet another edition of Perforacije: an international festival of performers, dancers and theatre artists who will present themselves to audiences at numerous locations around the city. Furthermore, the organizers of the festival, which will be taking place between the 20th and the 29th of October, have announced “The Night of Performances” as a special surprise. (more)
This year, the ninth edition of the international Zagreb Film Festival will be taking place between the 16th and the 23rd of October. It will feature 90 debut films by filmmakers from all over the world and the films have been divided into seven categories; some of the featured films are this year’s award winners from the Sundance and Cannes festivals. The festival will also feature a diverse concurrent programme. (more)
