Once again this year, the international tourism magazine Luxury Travel Guide has named Zagreb’s Phoenix Hotel the most romantic hotel in Croatia. We invite you to come and see why.
If you are a fan of the heavy metal sound, there will be a treat for you on September 30th at the Vintage Industrial Bar where the Scottish pirate metal band Alestrom and the legendary German power metal band Brainstorm will hold a concert to remember.
The Danish electronic music producer and multi-instrumentalist, Trentemøller, will appear in the Veliki Pogon (large production hall) of the Culture Factory on September 30th. He will hold his only regional concert as part of his tour during which he will promote his latest album, “Lost”.
After her last successful concert in the Croatian capital, held in 2008 at the Culture Factory (Tvornica Kulture), the legendary country diva, Joan Baez, will once again perform in Zagreb, on October 19th at the Student Centre cinema.
If you are planning to get to know Zagreb or start exploring it in a somewhat different way, and if you are a mobile device aficionado, you can now rely on the new mobile application Zagreb Be There.
According to visitors of the website European Best Destinations, a non-profit organization for the promotion of culture and tourism, the Zagreb funicular is the second best in Europe.
Apart from numerous film screenings under a star-studded sky, audiences of this year’s edition of the Gradec Summer Cinema can also expect several new, very interesting programmes aimed at all generations of film buffs.
If you want to take home an original souvenir from your trip in Zagreb, make sure to visit the new souvenir shop which you will find in an old renovated tram in front of the Technical Museum on Savska Street.

Je suis désolée de n'avoir pas eu l'occasion de rester plus longtemps et de voir un peu plus, mais le lac Jarun et ses clubs m'ont impressionné. Il a tous les éléments pour y passer un bon moment.

Zagreb est resté dans ma mémoire comme une belle ville. Les gens que j'y ai rencontré étaient très gentils, ils m'ont offert un accueil chaleureux. Le public, lui aussi, était belle. En effet, ce concert m'était comme un beau souvenir.

J'ai aimé beaucoup la salle de concert "Lisinski". C'était un sentiment très puissant parce que les gens sont venus et ils ont écouté et senti la musique dans le cœur. "Lisinski" est une belle salle et je suis très honoré d'avoir l'opportunité d'y performer. Mon premier concert à "Lisinski" m'est resté en très bon souvenir.
