The travel portal TripAdvisor recommends Medvednica Nature Park as the number one attraction in Zagreb. Towering above the city, its highest peak Sljeme can be easily reached on foot in less than two hours.

For the second consecutive year, film buffs who find themselves in Zagreb this summer can look forward to a special experience. The doors of the unique Gradec Summer Cinema will open every evening from 31 July to 4 September for free outdoor projections of films of various genres.
Throughout the summer, from 7 July to 5 September, the atrium of the Croatian Natural History Museum will be the venue of various cultural and entertainment events all staged under the common name Amadeo Scene.
We Will Rock You The Musical, one of the greatest musical shows in the world, will descend upon the Zagreb Arena on 24, 25 and 26 May 2013. Into its eleventh year, the musical based on the greatest hits by the legendary band Queen is still a box office record breaker. It will set out on its world tour in April of next year.
The best patisseries in Zagreb will join forces between 1st and 15th July to stage the sweetest of events ever held in the city, the so-called Sweet Delights. Some other surprises will be offered to accompany the selection of sweet desserts sold at promotional prices.
For the third consecutive year, Theatre Exit Summer Nights will take place in the atrium of the Arts and Crafts Museum. This year’s event has been split into two parts and it has be given an international twist thanks to the London-based Ad Infinitum Theatre which will perform its awarded shows.
