PROCESSTEQ – The 1st International Conference of Process Technologies will take place on the 6th and 7th of October at the Hotel Antunovic, Zagreb.
After New York, Paris and London, Zagreb also boasts its “Restaurants Week”. This large event, during which Zagreb’s most exquisite restaurants will offer their tastiest three-course menus at promotional prices, will take place between September 27th and October 3rd.
The renowned circus troupe, Cirque du Soleil, which has entertained worldwide audiences, will perform a total of five shows at the Zagreb Arena between the 17th and the 21st of November. Judging by current announcements, these shows will certainly attract large numbers of spectators to Zagreb’s Arena.
Between the 2nd and the 11th of October, aficionados of contemporary dance are in for a treat: the 11th Young Choreographers Platform. This event will feature numerous Croatian and foreign dance troupes, as well as choreographers from all over the world, all united under one roof in Zagreb.
For the third year in a row, between the 16th and the 26th of September, Bundek Lake will be the venue for the large music and entertainment event, Rujanfest (Septemberfest). Aside from numerous attractions, there will also be a diverse culinary selection, which will certainly appeal to the hundreds of thousands of expected visitors.
This year’s “25 FPS – International Festival of Experimental Film and Video” once again offers an attractive programme that will feature the best films from all over the world, as well as an array of other concurrent events.
Known names from the world of music, along with a performance program, installations, urban actions, and lectures will mark the third Zagrebi!Festival. The festival, organized in several locations throughout the city, will also feature the first ever Croatian performance by the German group D.A.F.
To mark one hundred years since the maiden flight of the first Croatian aircraft, built by engineer Eduard Slavoljub Penkala, an exhibition “On the wings of a large butterfly: Neptis lucilla” will be open at the Technical Museum until October 31<sup>st</sup>.
